Historic castle tours, Comfortable outdoor seating areas, Easy accessibility for travelers

Room size was cramped and decor felt outdated!!! Poor sound insulation allowed noise from other rooms to creep in disturbingly!!! Management response to complaints lacked urgency, leading to more frustration!!!

    cozy room
    charming garden
    slight noise

The Twin Room was comfy with great little touches like extra charger points and a handy shelf for the hairdryer. I loved unwinding in the garden after dinner and lounging in the cozy seating area with a glass of wine. The only downside was the noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin the overall vibe. 😊

    friendly staff
    cozy vibe
    noisy room

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! The pancakes at breakfast were a highlight, and I loved the cozy vibe. We also visited the nearby Kirby Muxloe Castle for stunning photos. The staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, walls are a bit thin, so pack some earplugs just in case.

We found the room we stayed in to be quite basic and in need of some refurbishing. The bathroom had some peeling paint, and the noise from outside was a bit of a bother. It somewhat affected the overall experience.

    ineffective heating

The Castle Hotel impressed me upon arrival, with a lovely dining area that felt cozy and welcoming. My double room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. The staff were super friendly, always around to help and chat, which made everything feel personal. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings. fresh options and a delightful atmosphere set the perfect tone for the day. the heating in my room was struggling. It got a bit chilly overnight, and I wished the staff could have provided a portable heater. That being said, the overall stay was quite pleasant and enjoyable.

I truly appreciated the charming décor throughout the hotel, particularly the inviting dining spaces with soft lighting. The accessible entryways and seating areas made moving around easy and comfortable for seniors like myself.

Slightly limited seating in common areas would help.
